Social & Community Participation
NDIS Community Participation:
Care Solutions Victoria staff helps you meet new people and make new friends and discover new things in a fun and friendly environment so if you’re feeling lonely or isolated you are welcome to attend.
We also catch up with people individually, so we run individual services as well for those ones who don’t feel like catching up in a group. If you just want to catch up one on one contact us and let us know. We can also provide additional services such as mentoring, guest speaking, and individual social support.
Supports we provide include:
- Staff to assist you to access your community and recreational activities.
- Group and Centre based activities.
- Helping you develop life skills (Individualised or in group sessions).
