- Assist Personal Activities (standard needs and high needs) – to assist you with your activities of daily living in your own home and to get you ready for the day ahead.
- Accommodation/Tenancy – Do you require assistance in finding a place to live? Let our experienced staff assist to get the best place for your needs.
- Development Life Skills – to enable you to build your skills to participate independently in the community.
- Support Connection and Assist Life Stage Transition – do you need assistance to choose the supports you require or do you need some assistance building your skills to move to the next stage of your life? We can assist with this process. We act independently with Support Coordination and explain to you all the options open to you.
- Participate Community – to support you to participate actively in recreational, social and civic activities and to enjoy what the local community has to offer.
- Group and Centre based Activities – providing meaningful social, recreational and skill development activities in a group setting either in the community or at a local facility.
- Develop Life Skills – Would you like support to build your skills to live independently in the community- we can help you.
- Household Tasks – Our cleaners and gardeners can come to your home and assist you with the jobs around the house and make sure your home is safe and spick and span.
- Transport – Do you require transport as part of your NDIS support? Talk to us about how we can connect you with where you need to go in your community.
- Plan Management: If you have chosen to plan manage all or some of your supports and require someone to help you manage your plan let our qualified accountants support you with this process.

Care Solutions Victoria is a one stop service provider for wide range of disability services including Support Coordination and Plan Management.
Our research has shown us that many existing participants are not happy with the support they are receiving from other disability providers,
many of them would not engage participants with packages with limited funding and will not extend the level of choice and control over their supports the participant needs. At Care Solutions Victoria we operate on a Person-Centered model where you are at the center of the decision-making and we work with you and your family help you achieve your goals regardless of the level of funding you have.
We understand complexities and are happy to take on-board people with extreme circumstances including those involved with justice system.
Our team is led by qualified health professionals who have years of experience managing people living with disability. Moreover, our senior management have outstanding qualifications and experience in business and extensive expertise in disability management and governance. Together this mix of skills means we have developed a reliable and effective service to get you the best outcomes.
